Hi all,

Winter break coming up, but only after our wonderful Celebration of Learning evening on Thursday. This is your child(ren)’s opportunity to share what they have been working on the past several months and where they are going with their learning. A very important night for the students so please make sure you can be here. Classrooms are open from 6-7:30 pm.

Friday, Dec 21, our Leadership Crew is putting on some events:

  • PJ day: students are allowed to wear PJs to school, so long as they meet dress code and are warm enough to be outside (they may need to wear their PJs over regular clothes)

  • Fun events during lunch recess

Other topics to share:

  • Some dishes, pans were left at Gratitude Dinner. Please stop in and pick them up before break or they will be donated to Hospice.

  • Thur, Dec 20 is Celebration of Learning from 6-7:30 pm on campus

  • No school Dec 24 – Jan 4 for Winter Break

  • REMINDER: please call the school by 10 am if your child is absent; also, please contact your teacher to set up Independent Study.

  • REMINDER: we are not always able to pass on messages to students during the day; before they arrive at school, please make sure your children know what is happening for the day to minimize missed communication.

  • Lost and Found is still brimming with stuff. Please stop in and collect as it will all be donated Wed afternoon, Dec 19.

Some donations around this time of giving are still being solicited:

  • new toys can be put into the red bin outside the office door until Thur morning, Dec 20
