Hi all,

Nice to have some rain. Reminder of our seasonal change; please make sure your children are dressed appropriately – they spend a lot of time outside.

Thanks to all for being on time and prepared for goal setting conferences.

You should all have received sign up info for Summit Day. We are all very excited as this will be our first all school adventure.

PTC NEWS:

Thank you to all who participated in the Fall Family Photo Shoot. It was a successful fundraiser and raised over $2400 for SELS.  The 10 photographs, included in the cost, will be available by the end of the month.  Whitby, the photographer, will be sending out emails to alert each family when the photos will be ready for download.

Whitby B was a fabulous photographer and donated an immense amount of her time to benefit our school.  Please contact Whitby B Photography if you are interested in future family pictures at whitbybphotography.com or 530 386 3405.  A very special thank you to ALL the volunteers, adults and students, who helped make this event possible!!! We appreciate your time, energy, and devotion to helping SELS!

We do not earn contributions if a credit card is used to make the purchase (this was change they implemented last year).

The 5th Annual Bear Walk is coming up on Friday, October 31st and we need parent volunteers to help with this fun and festive school-wide event!

** We need volunteers to help set up the walk-a-thon area

** We need volunteers to bring healthy snacks for their child’s crew to enjoy

** We need volunteers to help track laps that the walker complete

Es bueno tener un poco de lluvia. Recordatorio de nuestro cambio de temporada; por favor asegúrese de que sus hijos estén vestidos apropiadamente – que pasan mucho tiempo al aire libre.

Gracias a todos por estar a tiempo y preparado para las conferencias de fijación de objetivos.
