Hope everyone is doing well. One more week until Spring Break.

Going through our records we have noticed not everyone is up to date. If you have changed phone numbers or addresses since you enrolled and have not let us know (or are not sure if you have let us know), please email the new information to Anna Demm at ademm@truckeecharterschool.org.

SCHOOL AND PUBLIC EVENTS / INFO

One remaining Information Meeting for lottery applications: March 30, starting at 6 pm. Please pass the word to interested families. Lottery is April 2.

PTC NEWS

SELS FAMILY DANCE, this FRIDAY MARCH 27th at 6pm-VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!!!!

Volunteers: The SELS Family Dance is this Friday and we need your help running this event. We need volunteers for Set-Up, Selling Tickets at the Door, and Clean-Up. Sign up at Dance Volunteer Sign Up Google Doc. 

Song Requests: We are accepting Song Requests for the dance. There is a box is M6 where you can drop off any song requests you might have. 

Dance Info: This SELS Dance is an all ages, family dance and everyone is invited. Our theme for this dance is COLOR ME CRAZY. Please feel free to invite your non-SELS friends and families. Cost= $5/person or $15/family. There will be pizza slices for sale and a bake sale. Please try to remember your own water bottles to stay hydrated. This is not a student drop-off situation. All students should be under the supervision of an adult at all times.

SELS SPIRIT WEAR: We still have plenty of SELS Spirit Wear available. Our awesome hats, T-shirts, sweatshirts, as well as insulated mugs, are all on display in the Office at the new PTC desk. We will be selling Spirit Wear at the Family Dance on Friday. Please stop by the table and take a look. If we miss you at the Dance but you know you would like to get something, you can contact Jenna Shropshire at jennifer.shropshire@avil.la. You can also stop by the office and Anna can help you- payment via check or the exact amount is preferred as there is no cash in the office to make change.

Hola a todos,

Espero que todo el mundo lo está haciendo bien. Una semana más, hasta las vacaciones de primavera.

Pasando por nuestros registros hemos notado no todo el mundo está al día. Si ha cambiado los números de teléfono o direcciones ya se inscribió y no has háganoslo saber (o no está seguro de si ha háganoslo saber), por favor escriba la información nueva a Anna Demm en ademm@truckeecharterschool.org.

Uno restante información de la reunión para aplicaciones de lotería: 30 de marzo, a partir de las 6 pm. Por favor, pasen la voz a las familias interesadas. Lotería es 2 de abril.

SELS FAMILIA DANZA, este Viernes 27 de marzo a las 6 pm-voluntarios necesarios !!!!!
Voluntarios: La SELS Baile Familiar es este viernes y necesitamos su ayuda ejecutar este evento. Necesitamos voluntarios para Set-Up, la venta de entradas en la puerta, y la limpieza. Regístrate en Danza Voluntarios Regístrese Google Doc.
Pide Song: Estamos aceptando solicitudes de canciones para el baile. Hay una caja se M6 donde se puede dejar a cualquier solicitud de canciones que pueda tener.
Danza Info: Esta SELS danza es una todas las edades, la danza de la familia y todos están invitados. Nuestro tema para esta danza es COLORÉEME LOCO. Por favor, siéntase libre de invitar a sus amigos que no son SELS y familias. Costo = $ 5 / persona o $ 15 / familia. Habrá porciones de pizza en venta y una venta de pasteles. Por favor, trate de recordar sus propias botellas de agua para mantenerse hidratado. Esta no es una situación de bajada de los estudiantes. Todos los estudiantes deben estar bajo la supervisión de un adulto en todo momento.
SELS SPIRIT WEAR: Todavía tenemos un montón de SELS Spirit Wear disponible. Nuestros sombreros impresionantes, camisetas, sudaderas, así como tazas aisladas, son todos en la exhibición en la Oficina en el escritorio nuevo PTC. Estaremos vendiendo Spirit Wear en el Baile de la familia el viernes. Favor de pasar por la mesa y echar un vistazo. Si te echamos de menos en el baile pero que sabemos que le gustaría conseguir algo, puede ponerse en contacto con Jenna Shropshire en jennifer.shropshire@avil.la. También puede pasar por la oficina y Anna puede ayudar pago Tú- mediante cheque o se prefiere la cantidad exacta ya que no hay dinero en efectivo en la oficina para hacer el cambio.
