We are holding follow-up goal setting conferences March 28/29. Teachers are currently setting these up so please respond and set a day and time. Even though conferences are starting at lunch, students will remain in school as usual until buses arrive; we will be setting up activities outside of the classroom for them. Kinders still need to be picked up at 1:25 or go into the After-school care program.

Excellence in Education and the Community Collaborative are spearheading the Tahoe Truckee READS literacy campaign. The hope is to make sure all children are reading at grade level by 3rd grade by addressing community needs, such as access to books, summer reading, and intervention programs. For this to work, we need to community’s support. Please sign up at www.Gradelevelreading.net

An invite from Renee Koijane, Executive Director of the Squaw Valley Institute.
