Expedition News

Anato-ME: We have wrapped up our first case study focusing on the 5 major human body systems and are now moving into our second case study of Healthy Living.   This expedition has been rich with experts including:

  • Tom Kidd
  • Tim McDermott
  • Daphne Nielsen
  • P.J. Antilla
  • Dr. Dan Smith
  • Tina Cook
  • Erica Stein
  • Amber DeFazio
  • Crystal (Jiboom Street Cross Fit)

A HUGE thank you to everyone who has been involved.  Everyone has really loved it and learned a ton with your support.

Yesterday the kids participated in a baseline fitness assessment that we will periodically check in with and track their progress to show improvement.  Be sure to ask them exactly what they did so they can practice at home too.

Questions of the Week:

  • What are the major parts of the respiratory system?
  • What is your favorite body system and why?
  • What do you hope to improve within your fitness assessment?
